Craft Beer Brewhouse Kaspar Schulz 30hl, 4 brew/day - 2014
Complete 5-vessel brew house consisting of German Kaspar Schulz in year 2010 made 2-vessel Brew Block, one dual functioning mash tun / wort kettle and the one lauter tun (originally also dual functioning lauter tun / whirlpool) brew vessels. In year 2014 the capacity was increased by adding third Kaspar Schulz made wort kettle / whirlpool brew vessel which is steam heated with an external heat exchanger. At that time completely new brewing process control system was added and now it is fully automatic, running with Phenning Braumatik brew program installed in a Siemens S7-300 PLC. Brewing operations can be made either from a large Simens Colour Touch Screen of from connected PC. Changing recipes and creating new ones is very easy with Braumatik and can be done without any programming knowledge. Delivery includes complete brew line from malt silos to wort cooler.
