Craft Brewery 50 hl / brew 30 000 hl/annum

Complete working brewery installed in year 2016 and capable to produce various type of beers, including high gravity and dark beers, pilsner, ale, IPA etc. The production capacity is about 3 million liters per year. The main vessels are made by Chinese Jinan Tiantai Beer Equipment Company which are improved by current owner. I addition brewery has various tanks and equipment from other suppliers. Brew line is traditional 4-vessel brew line with 50 hl mash tun, 50 hl lauter tun, 65 hl brew kettle and 50 hl whirlpool. Lauter tun has new Panndorf made spent grain discharge system with air compressor and acid feeding system to spent grain. Brew line has 100 hl hot water tank and 75 hl cold water tank and brew line has own CIP system. Brewing process is controlled with Tiantai brewing program installed in Siemens Simatic S7-1200 PLC with Siemens HMI

Tank farm consists of 13 pcs of conical fermenting tanks, total capacity being 1100 hl. 11 pcs of fermentation tanks are insulated and glycol cooled, 2 tanks are insulated but not with cooling jackets. Operation of fermenting tanks is made with mobile pump and flexible hoses. New chiller (2019) is a part of tank farm as well as Alfa Laval beer separator.

Brew line 50 hl/brew, 2-3 brews / day

1. 1. Malt mill 800 – 1200 kg/h

   3. Grinded malt silo feeding for mash tun, stainless steel
   4. Mash tun 5000 litres, total volume 6800 1itres, stainless steel, steam jacket heated, with CIP bowls and electric gear drive driven agitator, insulated, outside diameter 2400 mm, transport height 2.7 meters.
   5. Lauter tun volume 5000 litres, total volume 7250 liters, stainless steel, insulated, with lautering device and CIP bowls, outside diameter 2600 mm, transport height 2.3m.
   6. Brew Kettle 6500 litres, total volume 8300 litres, stainless steel, internal steam heater, with CIP bowls and electric drive driven agitator, insulated, outside diameter 2400 mm, transport height 3.1 meters.
   7. Spend grain discharge screw Panndorf type 150/125-5 XB, material St 37, with 4 kW gear motor, 15 kW rotary vane air compressor type DTLF and control cabinet. Year of manufacturing 2018   
   8. Acid feeding system to spend grain discharge
   9. Whirlpool 5000 litres, total volume 6800 litres, stainless steel, with CIP bowls, outside diameter 2400 mm, transport height 2.7 meters.
   10. Beer sample station, stainless steel.
   11. Hot water tank 10000 litres, total volume 10900 litres, stainless steel, steam jacket heated, with transfer pump, insulated, outside diameter 2200 mm, transport height (length) 4.5 meters.
   12. Cold water tank 7500litres, total volume 8000 litres, stainless steel, inside cooling spiral, with transfer pump, insulated, outside diameter 2000 mm, transport height (length) 3.9 meters.
   13. Wort cooler system with two plate heat exchangers
   14. CIP line with 3 x 500 litre tanks and CIP pump
   15. Control panel, valves and pumps belonging to this brew line
