New Beer Brew House 100 hl / brew up to 12 brews / day from JADE
JADE Trading was recently awarded an authorized sales agent position for a high quality European made 100 hl / brew house manufacturer. The equipment concept is highly modularized and brewing process is based on Meura technology with hammer mill and mash filter. Brewing capacity can vary from 4 to 12 brews / day depending on applied modules, level of automation and used ingredients. These brew houses can brew a large variety of quality beers including high gravity up to18° Plato which increases final beer production. Equipment will be built according to the order and will be mechanically assembled in manufacturing work shop before shipping. Brew house includes all process equipment, stainless steel handrails and stairs with glass fibre reinforced polyester (GRP) floor grids and combined control room / MCC room 6m x 2.5m. This will make assembly at site much faster and quality wise better. Automation is built with Siemens PLC and operation is carried out with wireless industrial grade tablet PC. Normal manufacturer’s warranty will apply.
The basic version can brew 4 brews in 24 hours ingredients being malt and rise/corn annual beer production being up to 115 000 hl and with high gravity brewing up to 170 000 hl. Brewing 100% malt beers the capacity is up to 6 brews / day and annual capacity will increase accordingly.
There are three option versions available where additional vessels, equipment and more complete automation. Full feature version brew house can reach 9.5 / 12 brews in 24 hours and annual capacity up to 500 000 hl. There is also different optional functions and processes available, like pre-mashing, syrup room with sugar solving and feeding systems, CIP systems, hot and cold water tanks etc.
