Cylindrical Cone Fermenting Tanks CCT 8 x 150hl
Cylindrical cone fermenting tanks (CCT) with net capacity 150hl. Tanks are vertical indoor type with 80 mm PU insulation, self-standing on four legs, with three (glycol) cooling zones, two on the side + one in cone. Tanks have cooling control system for each tank and each zone separately, sampling valve on outside on tank skirt, two CIP panels which are connected to tanks, inside tank rotating CIP ball and normal under pressure and overpressure safety valves on top of thanks. Generally, tanks are in good condition, and they have a high hygienic level. These CCTs have a dedicated chiller made by made by Italian Rhoss S.P.A in year 2015. Compressor is a scroll type, rotary, hermetic and with Inverter actuation (1+i) complete with thermal protection and casing heater. Cooling refrigerant is Freon R410R. Chiller is air cooled by two axial fans and it has a large, chilled water buffer thank with coolant pumps.
