Filling Line for Beer in Glass Bottles EUROSTAR 1700 bph – 2015

Complete semiautomatic filling line for beer and other carbonated soft drinks in 350ml one way glass bottles. Eurostar MEC ISO 9/9 filling block has a mechanical counter pressure filler with 9 filling valves with double pre-evacuation of air with CO2 and 9 grip, one cycle rinser. All product touching parts, chassis and frame is made of stainless steel AISI 304. Filling block is controlled with simple touch screen PLC which has a 5.7” colour screen for HMI. Filling block has change parts for 250ml, 350ml, 500ml and 1000ml bottles. Filling block was manufactured in year 2015 and it has accumulated less than 10000 hours since new.

Capper is a separate machine type EUROSTAR EURO 1/V equipped with one head AROL TSI EAGLE/VA capper. The cap is aluminium 28 mm short ROPP screwcap. Capper was built in 2019 and it has accumulate approx. 3000 hours since new. Capper is controlled from a colour touch screen PLC as well as inline self-adhesive Eurostar labeller both made in 2019. These two machines has change parts only for 350 ml bottles
