Premix Beverage Mixer TMCI Padovan120 hl/h

This top condition, fully automatic Premix beverage mixer is manufactured in 2016 by TMCI Padovan. It is designed to produce carbonated soft drinks, non-carbonated soft drinks, sparkling water and de-aerated water by de-aerating water and mixing it with syrup and CO2 in accordance with selected recipes. Complete mixer is built as a compact monoblock configuration, and it is equipped with CIP function.

As optional device, this mixed has a plate heat exchanger cooling ready mixed product from +25°C to + 5°C before carbonization for more accurate CO2 content. Both syrup and CO2 mixing flows are controlled with magnetic flow metering valves. Process is controlled with Siemens control system with 10” touch screen monitor, which has interface with filler and CIP. Mixer has CE Certificate.
