Glass Bottle Filling Line Wild Goose Meheen 2400 bph – 2017

Complete Wild Goose glass bottle filling system for beer, cider, cocktails, carbonated and non-carbonated soft drinks, kombucha, wine and other beverages. The filling system consist of Meheen counter pressure filler with six filling nozzles, crown cab sorter, rinser, two different size bottle crapper plates, ML labeller, inkjet date coder, and a large hopper for crow cap feeding. Wild Goose Meheen filling systems all processes are pneumatically powered, with no motors, gears or bearings to maintain for long-term durability and low annual maintenance costs. Counter pressure filler has CO2 double pre-evacuation for cleaning air from bottles before filling and adjustable CO2 rapid pulse before crowning for foam removal. Responsive auto-fill detection monitors inlet pressure at the start of every fill cycle and then automatically adjusting fill levels based on any pressure changes. Semi-automatic rinser is activated when bottle crapping plate is inserted in to rinser and water flow is cut when bottles are moved for filling. Complete filling system is controlled with a user-friendly full-colour touchscreen HMI with Wild Goose software which allows both automatic and manual operation.
