Bottle Filler Block Rizzolio Counter Pressure RLV-iso 4-4-2, cap 400 bph, year 2019

This semiautomatic filler block with rinsing filling and capping functions. The filler has 4 counter pressure / isobaric filling valves and two capping heads. This filler has automatic timing function for rinser, filler and capping and it has CO2 air pre-evacuation as well as CO2 post injection before capping. Rinser has “no bottle – no spray” system. Semiautomatic operation is controlled with Siemens PLC from a Touch Screen. The bottle line was installed in 2019 and it has been operated only totally about 400 hours only (totally approx. 150’000 bottles of beer and long drink). This machine is designed for the packaging of carbonated products, including beer, cider, sparkling wine and water but this filler block can also be used for still products. Filling valves are designed to distribute the product against inner bottle wall for minimum foaming during the filling process.
