Steam Boiler Plant Babcock Wanson 3-draft Firetube BWD 4t/h

This BWD40 steam boiler plant with all auxiliaries were delivered and installed by Babcock in year 2019. It has three pass firetube design and use a coaxially located furnace tube providing optimum distribution of mechanical stress in operation. This is a key feature for boilers that operate under low or variable steam load and ensures long equipment life. For high efficiency the boiler is equipped with economizer. High quality dry steam is provided due to generous steam space and integral separator. Natural gas burner is Babcock Wanson’s Optimo burner, which gives the BWD40 emission rates of less than 100mg/Nm3 NOx throughout the firing range when burning natural gas. It is designed for unattended operation and thus having Babcock Wanson BW720 Operating System. The steam plant has addition to this steam boiler, chemical dosing system, water softener, 1000 L condense water tank, two Grundfoss feed water pumps, plant control system cabinet and MCC.
