Two identical plants to produce non-alcoholic beer from normal filtered beer by utilizing microfiltration production technology. Capacity 2 x 20 hl/h filtered beer in to the process. Water and alcohol will be separated with distillation process. The production lines were installed in year 2001 and they are still installed and in good operational condition.

Two identical plants to produce non-alcoholic beer from normal filtered beer by utilizing microfiltration production technology. The production lines were installed in year 2001 and they are still installed and in good operational condition.
Beer is pumped through the microfilter under pressure, water and flavors pass through the microfilter, but alcohol molecules remain on the filter surface and then wash off with the water. After the water with alcohol goes to distillation column, where alcohol separates from the water. Water after separation returns back into the system for reuse. Both lines has original capacity of 20 HL unfiltered beer but due to capacity decrease of wood framed filters, currently microfilters work with capacity up to 10 HL/h. The cost of replacement new type (plastic) microfilters is about 320 thousand Euros. Lifetime of new microfilters is about 10 years. Otherwise the equipment is in very good condition and immediately available.
