  2019 - Glass Bottle Filler Block Rizzolio Counter Pressure RLV, cap 400 bph, for Beer and CSD

  This semiautomatic filler block with rinsing, filling and capping functions. The filler has 4 counter pressure / isobaric filling valves and two capping heads. It has CO2 air pre-evacuation from empty bottle as well as CO2 post injection before capping. Semiautomatic operation is controlled with Siemens PLC from a Touch Screen. The bottle line was installed in 2019 and it has been operated only totally about 400 hours only

  2017 - Glass Bottle Filling Line for Beer and Carbonated Soft Driks FRAMAX 3000 bph

  This filling line is currently filling beer in 330 ml glass bottles with crown caps. This complete line was delivered by Italian Framax in year 2017 and it has operated only about 2510 hours. It contains automatic depalletizer, self-adhesive labeller, tri-bloc bottling machine and carton box packaging machine. Bottling machine consist of 16 clamps rotating rinser with single hot water treatment, an isobaric 16 valve counterpressure filler with double air pre-evacuation with CO2 and a single head crowner.

  Complete glass bottle filling line with EUROSTAR MEC ISO 9/9 with 9 valve mechnical counter pressure filler and one head Arol capper. Empty bottles loading and full bottles boxing is made manually, otherwise line is fully automatic. Equipment is well maintaned and in good condition.
