Flash Pasteurizer TCMI-Padovan 32 hl/h – 2016
This flash pasteurizer was manufactured in 2016 by Italian TCMI Padovan and it was in operation till 2019 pasteurizing carbonated and non-carbonated soft drinks. Pasteurizer is completely build on one stainless steel frame and all equipment and instruments are wired. All product touching parts are polished food quality stainless steel (AISI 316) or special plastic suitable for food processes. The machine has CIP connection for proper cleaning. Product is heated in and cooled after pasteurization in a 3-stage plate heat exchanger (heating, cooling and heat recovery) using hot water for heating and cold water / glycol solution for cooling. Pasteurization takes place in tubular stainless steel holding tube following the heat exchanger. The machine contains a service tank for product feed and for water during CIP process, heat exchanger, holding / pasteurization tube, control cabinet, pumps, pipes, valves and instruments.
Pasteurization process is controller with four freely programmable JUMO Detron controlling units. The high-contrast, multicolor LCD display for process value, setpoint and operator prompting has two four-digit 7-segment displays, two single-character 16 segment displays, display of the active set points, six status indicators, and displays for the unit, ramp function and manual operation. Just four keys on the front panel are needed for operation, continuous controllers. The user-friendly controller software for normal PC includes a program or ramp function, parameter set changeover, two autotuning (self-optimization) procedures, a math and logic module, as well as 4 limit comparators
