This production line is designed for the preservative-free production and bottling of all kinds of heat-treatable, non-carbonated soft drinks, e.g. vitamin drinks, filtered/low-fiber juices, tea-based drinks (brewed from real leaves), plant-based milks/drinks, etc. This line is used for green tea based drinks, flavoured with various fruit juices. Production equipment includes two tea brewing vessels, mixing tanks, UHT pasteurizer, product filter, water treatment plant with reverse osmosis, oxygen generator and product tank which are the part of the delivery. UHT pasteurizer is heated with thermal oil boiler. The filling line is semiautomatic (blow moulder operation, empty PET bottle feeding and palletizing is made manually). Current owner designed the line from individual machines and rebuilt aseptic filling block with all new components. PET bottles are sterilized with chlorine dioxide liquid consists of 2 chemicals (H₂SO₄ and NaCl) and mixing it with RO water containing 3000ppm / liter chlorine dioxide solution. Filler bloc and production equipment has CIP system inbuilt. Filling block and cap feeding are sterilized with ozone. The line is installed and can be tested.

The line includes the following machines:

  • Semi-automatic PET bottle blowing machine Capacity 1000 bph
  • Water Treatment System: (Brand BWT) - stainless steel gravel - sand filter automatic 2-column continuous ion exchanger Brand: BWT, automatic 2-column continuous active carbon filter
  • Technological water buffer tank, 2550 liters, stainless steel AISI 316L, with bottom pressure gauge, CIP washer head and connection
  • 2 x 250 liters, stainless steel, double-walled thermo oil-heated cooking pots for brewing tea
  • 1 x 2550 liters mixing tank (Brand: Bonfiglioli), stainless steel AISI 316L, with bottom pressure gauge, 2 pieces CIP washer head, with connection
  • 1 x 80 liter, stainless steel, liquid filter (GAF puncture bag) for product filtration before filling
  • 1 x 2550 liters, product buffer tank, stainless steel AISI 316L, with bottom pressure gauge, CIP washer heads installed, with connection
  • Full automatic UHT plate sterilizer machine includes heating and cooling equipment: Capacity 1250 liters/h, PLC controlled, sterilization (main equipment: 3 pieces Alfa Laval plate heat exchangers, Galletti liquid cooler (chiller), electric thermo oil boiler,
    temperature: 60°C - 150°C, holding time: 45 sec, inlet temperature: 15°C, outlet temperature: 5°C - 35°C
  • Full Automatic Aseptic rinsing filling capping filling bloc (3 in 1) with capacity of 2500 bph consisting:
    12 station, one circuit rotating rinser, 12 valve gravity filler and 6 head capper controlled by  PLC with a touch screen controls, automatic inline bottle sterilizer, automatic cap sterilizer,  CIP washer system with detergent connection
  • Full bottles rinsing equipment with RO (reverse osmosis) water (Brand: BlueClear)
