Automatic Palletizing System with ABB Robots and Haloila Pallet Wrapper
This fully automated palletizing system is designed for PET bottle packs with a line capacity of 12,000 bottles per hour, though it can also handle other products. Equipment is in good working condition
The system includes three heavy-duty roller conveyor sections:
- The first conveyor delivers empty pallets to the working area of the ABB palletizing robot.
- The second conveyor transfers loaded pallets to the Haloila Octopus stretch wrapper.
- The third conveyor moves wrapped pallets to the forklift pick-up point.
Two ABB palletizing robots are integrated into the system:
- A smaller 45 kg robot places empty pallets at the palletizing point and inserts cardboard sheets between pack layers.
- The main palletizing robot, with a 60 kg load capacity, performs the palletizing of the packs.
The palletizing configuration can be programmed to suit different pack arrangements. Once a pallet is fully loaded, the Haloila Octopus stretch wrapper securely wraps it in stretch film. Complete palletizing system has a safety fence around it and all machines has CE Certificate.
