2014 Ruiskuvalu-pullonpuhalliskone Parker PK-55 IB

Uuden veroisessa kunnossa oleva muovipullojen tuotantoyksikkö, jossa ruiskuvalu ja puhallusmuovaus samassa koneessa. Tämä kone on suunniteltu tuottamaan erittäin sileät ja tyylikkäät muovipullot granulaatista valmiisiin pulloihin yhdessä koneessa. Koneen valmisti vuonna 2014 taiwanilainen Parker-yritys, mutta se ei ole koskaan ollut kaupallisessa tuotannossa, sillä on vain noin. 300 käyttö- / testaustuntia. Kone tuottaa 10 pulloa samanaikaisesti neljässä tuotantojaksossa.

Injection Blow Molding Machine Parker PK-55 IB

This machine is designed to produce extremely smooth and elegant plastic bottles from resin to readymade bottles in one machine. The machine was manufactured in 2014 by Taiwanese Parker company but it has never been in commercial production, it has only approx. 300 operating / testing hours and thus almost unused. The machine produces 10 bottles simultaneously in four production sequences. These four stages are connected in a rotating table and work processes are made in simultaneously. In first stage granules are melted and injected with an electric heated screw in to the mold clamping unit with 10 injection molds. When process is done, hot preforms are lifted and table is rotated 120 degrees. In this second stage, preforms are place to the blow molding unit, where all 10 bottles are simultaneously blow molded with high pressure air. Table is once again rotated 120 degrees and hot bottles are erected from bottle holders. The fourth stage is bottle cooling and after the cooled bottles are fed to a bottle discharge conveyor or container. This machine is suitable for various materials, such as PE, PP, PS, PC, etc., for producing various types of bottles.  The complete process is controlled with Omron PLC and operated from Fuji made color touch screen
