Craft Brewery 10 hl/brew, 2 brews / day – 2021

Complete working craft brewery consisting of very compact brew house with combined mash & boiling kettle, lautertun and extra boiling kettle with pumps and pipes  build on common support frame. Brew house was built by Dutch Klein Metaal B.V in year 2021. Tank farm has 10 pcs of 10 hl glycol cooled, presuurized CCTs, one 12 hl BBT, cold and hot water tanks. Tank farm equipment is made in year 2016 by Dutch CoEnCo Microbreveries. Vessels and tanks are equipped with CIP nozzles, 100 liter CIP system is mobile type.

10 Hl brewing installation( 15 hl gross) with the following description:

• Malt mill Sommer Hafer-boy Universal 15B
• Mash/boiling kettle with agitator
• Extra 10 hl boiling kettle for extra brew on 1 day
• Lautertun with stainlees steel filterbed and scraper
• Piping with partly manual and partly pneumatic valves
• 2 pumps fort he centrifuge and fort he mash tot he lauter tun
• Control panel
• Platform with stair
• Vieuwingwindow to the plate cooler
• Sprayboll in the mash tun and lauter tun

• Plate cooler can do either water or glycol cooling
• 10 cct tanks of 10 hl
• 1 BBT 12 hl
• 1 CLT 12 hl

• Hitema glycol chiller 380V
• 150 meter beer hoses DN 25 and DN 32
