Glass Bottle Triblock Krones Mecafill 55 000 bph for beer and CSD
Large capacity glass bottle filling station made by Krones in 2007 with complete safety housing and hygienic “roof-table”. Filler is an overpressure filler with double pre-evacuation with CO2 and suitable for beer and other carbonated drinks. It has 120 filling vales with volumetric filling control. Rinser has two channel system with 120 rinsing stations. Caping station has 18 heads for crown corks. Control PLC is Siemens S7 with Krones touch screen for operation control. The delivery includes triblock, Gessner cap feeding system, Krones Synco infeed and out feed conveyors, Krones Check mat level control and Heuft Spectrum bottle inspector. This triblock was in operation till October 2020 in a beer filling line in Germany and was then dismantled and moved to a warehouse.
