Fully Automated Craft Brewery INOX 10 hl 

The fully automatic brewhouse is in operation since January 2017, in excellent condition, like new, from the very first owner. The brewery is a custom‐made equipment, projected by owners of the brewery and made by Inox System (Italy). All the automation made by brewery owner’s company. Fully automatic with 2 PLC and 2 monitors based on Windows, the brewery can be controlled via a mobile device. The control panels can be translated into any language based on buyer’s preferences. The high efficiency of the equipment allows making two brews of light beer a day (more than 2000 liters of wort at the outlet, up to 2400 liters) in 12 hours.

List of main equipment:

1.   Mash‐Sparging‐Lauter Tune, volume 1300 l

2.   Boiling‐Whirlpool Tune, volume 1300 l (1000 l of wort)

3.   Hot water preparation tank, volume 1000 l

4.   Heat exchangers 2 pcs, single‐circuit with aeration plugs

5.   Stainless steel platform

6.   Steam generator IVAR (diesel or gas) 100 kg of steam per hour

7.   Malt mill with capacity 350 kg/hour

8.   Control unit, temperature monitoring, Siemens PLC with 19 “screen and second control unit with 17” screen

9.   CCTs and Auxiliary Equipment

• Isobaric CCT x 4 pcs. Useful volume 1000 l. Cooling jackets on the cylinder and on the cone
• Chiller Cosmogas Fryo (water / glycol) is designed for 4 CCTs (3 HP)
• CCTs’ temperature control from the main PLC panel or additional PLC panel.

The brewery has 14 automatic Alfa Laval valves, plus 3 steam valves and 2 steam modulation valves. All valves are automatic. Pumps: Motovario.
