The Rollmatic 540 roll-fed automatic rotary labeler is a powerful, high-performance OPP labeling machine engineered for seamless wrap-around label application on cylindrical containers. Designed and manufactured for industrial bottling lines, this system applies plastic film OPP labels using hot-melt adhesive applied to both label ends for a clean, durable, and precision-aligned finish.

Labeller has one dual-roll label feeding station for film reels, roll change is manual. The plates are rotated by a toothed belt, ensuring smooth and consistent motion. For precise label application, the machine is equipped with an alignment system that automatically corrects even the slightest deviations, keeping the film perfectly horizontal. The machine is supplied with change parts suitable for three different bottle sizes

The labeller is controlled by a Siemens Simatic S-300 PLC and operated via a Siemens TP 170 colour touch screen. This interface allows the operator to adjust all settings, control operating functions, and monitor any potential malfunction alarms.
