AKOMAG Combi 175-18 is a compact, semi-automatic bottle washer designed for efficient internal and external cleaning of glass beverage bottles, including wine, beer, water, and soft drinks. Ideal for small to medium production volumes, it delivers a throughput of 150–500 bottles per hour, depending on bottle size, shape, and label removal requirements.

Built entirely from stainless steel, the machine features a space-saving, modular design with options for sanitization and auxiliary modules. It uses a heated NaOH water solution (up to 70 °C) with low-pressure steam to ensure thorough washing and effective label removal. Automated rinsing and washing processes are combined with manual bottle loading and unloading for operational flexibility.

Engineered for low water and energy consumption, the AKOMAG Combi 175-18 offers reliable cleaning performance, simple maintenance, and precise temperature control through relays, valves, and sensors—making it a cost-effective and dependable solution for beverage producers.
