Isobaric Filling Block Framax Modulblock RFCI for Glass Bottles
The Framax Isobaric Modulblock RFCI 16/16/1 DPS/C Filler Block is suitable for bottling a wide range of carbonated products, including beer, kombucha, carbonated water, soft drinks, other sparkling beverages and still drinks. This filler block has been filling beer in 300ml and 500ml glass bottles with crown cap. Filling capacity is 2000 – 3000 depending on product, operation parameters are easily set up from HMI touch screen and controlled with Siemens PLC. Machine has been maintained regularly according to manufacture’s instructions and is in vey good condition
The filling block consists of:
- A 16‑clamp rotating rinser, featuring a single hot water sanitation cycle,
- A 16‑valve isobaric counterpressure filler with double air pre-evacuation using CO₂,
- A single‑head crowner (crowning unit).
The filling valves are advanced electropneumatic DPS valves. All valve functions are fully programmable and managed via the operator panel, providing high operational flexibility and precise control—key factors in achieving premium filling quality and minimizing the risk of contamination.
With DPS-type operation, the product flows gently along the internal sides of the bottle using a rubber gasket mounted on the leveling system. Once the liquid reaches the leveling hole, the filling nozzle is mechanically closed by a control cam, triggered by the operator control system. The filler is also equipped with a fobber foaming unit, which helps limit oxygen absorption during filling by generating controlled foam, ensuring product quality and reducing oxygen pickup.
