This brewery was installed in 2022 and it has been brewing various types of kombucha, but it is also suitable for beer brewing. Complete brewhouse was made by Premium Machinery Group (PMG), Hangzhou, China in year 2022

Brewhouse

This is 2-vessel brewhouse with combined Brew Kettle / Whirlpool and Kettle / Whirlpool (Mixing Tank). Both vessels have net volume of 1000 litres and they are made of SUS304 food grade, stainless steel, outside passivated and inside polished. Vessels are electrically heated with heating coils. All equipment is built on one stainless steel platform and they consist of button control system cabinet, two centrifugal pumps, piping and manual valves.

Process Piping

Mash/Lauter Tun

• ~40% head space
• Equipped with agitator and hydrator
• Equipped with 4*6KW electric heating elements
• 50mm thick PU insulation layer
• Side spent grain outdoor
• 360° coverage CIP spraying ball
• PT100 temperature sensor
• 4pcs completely SS304 legs with leveling pads

Kettle/Whirlpool Tun

• ~40% head space
• 80mm rockwool insulation
• Top full glass manway φ400mm
• Tangential inlet on side
• 24V LED light
• Equipped with 5*8KW electric heating elements
• 360° coverage CIP spraying ball
• PT100 temperature sensor
• Vent port on dish top with a chimney or condenser
• With lifting lug on top of tank
• 4pcs completely SS304 legs with levelling pads

Wort Pump

• Flow 3m³/h, lift 24m
• Sanitary SS304
• Danfoss VFD controlled on control panel, open impeller
• Tri-clamp connection

• 2 pcs CCT Fermenters 2000l, made in year 2017 by Schulz S-Brewery Sp.z.o.o, with cooling jacket, max pressure 1,6 bar
• 1 pc CCT Fermenter 2000l, made in 2022 by Shandong Tonsen Equipment, with cooling jacket, max pressure 2 bar

Water – Glycol Chiller, made by PMG, 400V 50HZ 3 Phase, Nominal cooling capacity 11.96 kW, refrigerant R407C
