The plant is a complete 5 hl cast-out, two-vessel brewhouse with separate whirlpool, designed as a modular, skid-mounted system with fully integrated piping, instrumentation, and electrical wiring. The system supports 3–4 brews/day depending on mash program and extract load, and is suitable for beers up to 18° Plato. Tank the cellar with 8 x10 hL clycol cooled cylindro-conical fermentation tanks designed for fermentation under pressure (up to 3.0 barg), 2 x 10 hl pressurized bright beer. In addition, it has combined Kieselguhr filter system.
