It features indirect steam-jacket heating, a polished copper whiskey helmet with sanitary stainless flanges, sight glasses, a 2.2 kW agitator (non-ATEX), automated 316-equivalent stainless shell-and-tube condenser, spirit safe receiver, sanitary stainless piping, and hot-water-supplied CIP.
