Complete can filling line from the can shaker to rotating buffer table all delivered by Canadian CASK in year 2022 suitable for beer, kombucha, cider, tee and other drinks.

Can shaker is semiautomatic and requires forklift for lifting can pallet after very layer of cans. Once the layer is on the shaker, cans will flow down with gravity to ricer and finally to inlet screw of CASK mACS can filling station. This CASK mACS Micro Canning System features a three-head filling station. Its inline fill-head control technology integrates fill-level sensors with proprietary foam-control valves, enabling precise and independent control of each fill head.

The system includes CO₂ pre-purge using a piston-style purge mechanism that fully evacuates oxygen from the can prior to filling, helping ensure product quality and improved shelf stability. The machine supports fast and simple changeover between different can heights and diameters, offering high format flexibility.

The electric, cam-driven seamer provides enhanced seaming reliability, with significantly easier setup and reduced maintenance requirements compared to pneumatic seaming systems. Operation and process control are managed through an intuitive HMI touchscreen panel, which includes an automated CIP cleaning cycle and a recipe memory function for storing beverage and format settings.

After filling and seaming, cans are rinsed with water and dried with air blow. Table top labeller ELF-50 provides wrap-around, roll-fed, self-adhesive plastic labels with coding capability. The labeller is adjustable for a wide range of round-bottle applications. It features manual position setting to ensure accurate and repeatable label placement on the container surface. Labels are supplied from a single roll reel, simplifying handling and reducing setup time. An integrated hot-foil printer enables clear and reliable coding directly onto the label during operation.
