High-quality beverage can filling line with integrated Cask Brewing Systems Inc. mACS can filler, manufactured in 2022 and designed for efficient small- and medium-scale beverage production. This canning line is suitable for beer, kombucha, cider, tea, carbonated soft drinks, and still beverages. The system combines reliable filling technology, flexible can handling, and low-oxygen filling performance to deliver excellent product quality and shelf stability.
The line includes a semi-automatic can depalletizer, rinser, conveyor system, and CASK mACS V2.0 three-head can filling station. The depalletizer operates with forklift-assisted pallet loading, allowing cans to flow smoothly by gravity through the rinsing section and into the filler infeed system.
The CASK mACS Micro Canning System utilizes advanced inline fill-head control technology with integrated fill-level sensors and proprietary foam-control valves. This enables accurate, independent control of each filling head for consistent fill levels and reduced product loss. The integrated CO₂ pre-purge system uses a piston-style purge mechanism to remove oxygen from cans before filling, significantly improving beverage freshness, carbonation retention, and shelf life.
The system supports quick and easy changeovers between different can diameters and heights, making it ideal for beverage producers requiring flexible packaging formats. The electric cam-driven seamer provides highly reliable can seaming performance with lower maintenance requirements and easier adjustment compared to conventional pneumatic seamers.
