Glass Bottle Filling and Capping Monoblock KHS Innofill 32000 bph
The KHS Innofill ER-ZMS is a 80 filling valve, fully automatic rotary glass bottle filling and capping monoblock designed for the bottling of beer, carbonated soft drinks and other beverages in glass bottles. The filler was manufactured in 1997 and refurbished in 2023 with new Simens Simatic S7 series control system.
The filler is a counter-pressure filler and it has two capping units integrated in one monoblock triblock. Both cappers has 15 capping heads, crown capper for glass bottles and screw capper for PET bottles, providing flexibility on production using the same production line.
The KHS Innofill DRS-ZMS is a fully automatic electronic pressure filling system designed for hygienic filling of carbonated beverages. Product, gas and CIP media are supplied through hygienic, deposit-free sealing systems to ensure reliable sanitation and product quality.
The filler uses fill level probes to achieve accurate and consistent filling. Bottles are first subjected to triple pre-evacuation and double CO₂ purging before pressurization. The product is then introduced through a swirler, allowing gentle filling along the bottle wall and minimizing foaming.
High filling speeds are achieved during the main filling phase, while a slower final filling stage in the bottle neck ensures precise fill level control. Once the target level is reached, the liquid valve closes automatically. Pressure-controlled snifting follows, ensuring low-foam operation. All filling parameters and fill levels can be adjusted centrally through the control system, even during production.
