Haloila Octobus Junior Fully Automatic Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machine
The Haloila Octopus Junior is a fully automatic rotary ring pallet stretch wrapping machine manufactured in Finland in 2003 by Oy M. Haloila Ab / ITW Mima Packaging Systems. Designed for efficient industrial pallet packaging, this automatic stretch wrapper offers a nominal wrapping capacity of up to 50 pallets per hour, depending on pallet dimensions, wrapping program and conveyor speed.
The machine uses advanced rotary ring stretch wrapping technology, where the film carriage rotates around a stationary pallet load. This enables secure and uniform wrapping of palletized products, including lightweight and relatively unstable loads.
The Haloila Octopus Junior features a powered film pre-stretch system providing up to 300% film pre-stretch, with adjustable wrapping tension to optimize film consumption and load stability. The automatic film cutting and sealing system enables repeatable pallet wrapping cycles.
The machine accommodates pallet loads with a maximum diagonal of 1,800 mm and uses 500 mm wide stretch film. Its flexible wrapping programs allow different pallet types and wrapping patterns, making it suitable for automated packaging lines, manufacturing facilities, warehouses and distribution centers.
The entire wrapping process is controlled by a Siemens SIMATIC S7-200 PLC, providing programmable and repeatable operation for industrial pallet packaging applications.
