Available for sale is a high-quality Europool single deck tunnel pasteurizer, manufactured in Italy in 2022. The machine is designed for the continuous pasteurization of beer in 330 ml glass bottles at a nominal capacity of 24,000 bottles per hour.
The pasteurizer is constructed in hygienic AISI 304 stainless steel and comprises a 17-metre treatment tunnel with seven process zones. The thermal cycle includes first and second heating, pre-pasteurization, pasteurization, and three controlled cooling stages. Automatic temperature regulation and an integrated Pasteurization Unit control system ensure consistent product treatment and help prevent over-pasteurization during production interruptions.
Energy recovery between selected heating and cooling zones reduces utility demand and improves overall process efficiency. The machine is equipped with recirculating water tanks, double-filtered pumps, stainless-steel spray manifolds and nozzles, heat exchangers, and direct steam injection for accurate temperature control.
Automation is based on a Siemens PLC with a Siemens KTP700 operator panel. The control system supports recipe-based operation, production data storage via USB, alarm monitoring, and digital communication with upstream and downstream equipment.
Main components include SEW gearmotors, Lowara/Ebara circulation pumps, and electrical and control equipment from Siemens, Schneider Electric, Omron and Weidmüller.
The pasteurizer is designed for multiple thermal treatment programs, including 15 PU, 55 PU and high-temperature processing, making it suitable for different beer products and beverage recipes requiring controlled post-filling pasteurization.
