The pasteurizer uses recirculated spray water to gradually heat, pasteurize and cool the containers as they pass through the machine. The process is automatically controlled through a Siemens PLC and HMI system, while PETEK Dynamic Active PU Control maintains accurate pasteurization levels and reduce the risk of over-pasteurization during production interruptions.
The machine is built in five stainless-steel modules, making dismantling, transport and reinstallation more practical. With its wide 3,000 mm product conveyor, eight water-circulation circuits and energy-efficient heat recovery design, this PETEK tunnel pasteurizer is suitable for breweries and beverage producers requiring reliable continuous pasteurization of cans and glass bottles. Delivery includes infeed and discharge conveyors.
