Automatic Case Erector SIAT F144/4 DX
This automatic case erector SIAT F144 was built in year 2008 and it is designed to open a ready cut and folded card board blanks as a product box and after that to seal with adhesive tape the bottom flaps of box so that it is ready to be filled with products. Two carriages moved by compressed air (SMC+BOSCH) with suckers to pick cartons from box storage, square and push them in drive belts (2 motors kW 0,18 each) for the bottom flaps forming and sealing
Readymade, open cases are fed to a 3 meter long motorized belt conveyor. The case erector has a variable output up to 700 boxes/hour according to box dimensions. Control panel with OMRON PLC has the following functions: box counter - box timer, low box storage alarm, brake/end tape alarm, full line alarm after the machine. F144 model is easy to operate and is built in accordance with CE safety standards. This case erector has been working with SIAT Automatic Case Sealer SM-11
