Labelling Station MAKRO MAK-2 with Buffer System, 12000 bph

Well maintained, fully automatic MAKRO labelling station with a large infeed bottle buffer system consisting of a buffer table with travelling push bar for discharging the bottles and various belt conveyors. Labelling machine is MAK -2, year 2015 and it has one roll-fed self-adhesive labelling unit MAK HS 95 on movable trolley and one MAK-RLF rotary roll-fed hot melt unit on movable trolley. Turret platform height is electrically adjustable, and turrets are rotated with motorized teeth belt. Turtles have self-centring bottle centring system. Hot Melt solution is designed for applying pre-cut wrap-around labels, both in plastic and paper. The contactless spray system incorporates a smart technology permitting ultra-precise application of glue, eliminating waste. Labelling station is controlled by PLC made by Austrian company B&R Industrial Automation (nowadays owned by ABB) and buffer system has separate Siemens PLC control system. Buffer system is made by Finnish Kavasat Oy Machines are CE certified.
